Redding’s Resonance Rising
A World Frequency Day Celebration at hum
On November 11, people around the world pause to honor the power of sound and vibration to support our well-being and bring us together. This year, hum opens its doors for a day of sound, rest, and connection, a chance to slow down, listen inward, and feel what it means to be tuned in together.
Several offerings throughout the day. Come for one, stay for a few, or follow the frequency all day.

The Hum of Us. Create with Dana of Craft Addict Studio on a community art piece. Choose one word, color, feeling, or intention that speaks to you, and add it to a shared banner. Each person leaves a small piece of themselves behind, and together we become the hum of all of us. The finished piece will hang in hum’s community room.
