Fill out the HIVE application. Tessa will follow up to learn what you’re building and help you choose the tier that fits. Once your agreement is signed and your insurance is on file, you’re in.

Yes. General liability insurance on file is required for every tier, including Simple Rental.

Members add their gatherings to the shared hum calendar. Tessa reviews each request and confirms it, so placement on the calendar isn’t final until you hear from her. Book as far ahead as you like. Weekly recurring classes take priority over one-time workshops, and remember to block time for setup and teardown.

Guests register and pay with you directly through your own link, so your clients and income stay yours. Your gatherings appear on the hum calendar, website and newsletter, once you have shared the content.

An upstairs room that holds up to 20, with 12–15 most comfortable.

Members are welcome to use the mats, blankets, props, chairs, tables, Bluetooth speaker, tea bar and kitchenette.

Incense, sage and essential oils are welcome.

No alcohol, cooking or pets allowed.

Yes. Give 30 days’ notice to change tiers or cancel. Memberships outside of simple rental are billed on the 1st of each month to the card on file.

Additional hours are 10% off for members. Monthly hours don’t roll over, so planning ahead helps you get the most from your membership.

The Sound Lounge is reserved for sessions guided by Tessa, so members don’t operate it on their own or with clients. Your clients can still experience it, though. We can create bundles that pair your offering with a Sound Lounge session, so your clients get to enjoy the bed and you get something special to offer. HIVE + Sound members also receive monthly Sound Lounge time for themselves.
